At Otter Pools, we supervise all stages of construction: engineering, permit, pre-site, excavation, steel, plumbing, electrical, gunite, decking, plaster, and startup. We do this to insure the project is being constructed according to plan and the sometimes inevitable issues are being addressed in a correct and timely manner.
